I began my career at Infusion Kitchen and Bath Showrooms by Etna in 2021 as the Showroom Coordinator. I soon realized that I wanted to transition into the Showroom Consultant role as quickly as possible. I learned so much from the consultants that I worked with and loved seeing them build relationships with homeowners during their selection process. I have years of experience in customer service which has been very beneficial in my current role. It is very important to me that all homeowners, designers, plumbers, and contractors have a positive experience each time they visit the showroom. I truly love connecting with a homeowner and understanding their vision so we can bring it to life. It is my goal to continue educating myself on new technology and benefits of products, so that I can in turn educate my clients and make sure they feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
