Kristin Andrews Showrooms Manager, Corporate
I was born & raised in Metro Detroit. I grew up in the restaurant business; going to work with my family on the weekends and serving coffee for quarters long before I was old enough to work. Managing a restaurant in my early 20’s, I decided that I wanted to branch out and learn new things. And, like most 20-somethings, have a few weekends off! I started immediately in a local plumbing showroom; working on the showroom floor, then running the internet division, and eventually becoming the sales manager. In 2010 I decided to leave my former employer and join the Etna team. Now, with nearly two decades of industry experience, I’ve been given the opportunity to manage all of Etna Supply’s Infusion Kitchen & Bath Showrooms. My family and faith are the most important things in my life. I love to read, learn new things, camp, travel, and teach. Two of my favorite parts of this career are the rewarding feeling that I get when I’m able help the team members grow and become more successful, and when I’m able to match the customer’s design wishes to the project needs; and the excitement I feel from the customer because of it.

I am a lifelong resident Oakland county where I live with my family, which is my pride and joy. My background is in lighting and electrical, with 13 years of experience in the field. Having been a showroom manager, offering superior customer service to my clients has always been my number one priority! My move to Etna supply has introduced me to the plumbing aspect of home building and remodeling. Helping people bring all of the elements together into a cohesive and beautiful conclusion is my goal, and I love when everything comes together and make their dream project into a reality. I have been with the company for almost a year and am excited to see the transformation and changes that we have on the horizon.

I have spent the last 15 years in retail customer service. I loved helping my customers find merchandise that they loved and made them feel confident and beautiful. This helped make it an easy transition into the Etna family. Now I’m just helping make my customer’s home beautiful and loved. I enjoy working with new people and hearing their thoughts and ideas and making it a reality. Seeing them happy makes me happy. When I’m not hard at work helping people with their home I am usually working on my own home project or spending time with my family. My son and I are always working together to build and create things whether it be a giant Lego set, a birdhouse or dozens of cupcakes.
