Infusion Showroom COVID-19 Details

Valued friend and customer… We’re back!

Infusion by ETNA showrooms will be back open for all customers starting Monday, June 8th. We still strongly urge you to book an appointment to receive the best service and help limit the number of people entering our showroom at a time.

Appointments will be scheduled Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Typical appointments are 1-2 hours; please let us know when scheduling if you would like more time.

Our showrooms are being cleaned regularly. To further assist in keeping to CDC standards in safe distancing and protection our staff will be wearing masks and gloves during your visit. Given the length and depth of our customer interactions we ask that you wear a mask and gloves as well while in our showroom.

Please remember to keep a 6 foot distance for yourself at all times. Masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer will be provided upon entering the Infusion Showroom if needed.

We are able to offer a no-contact ‘virtual visit’ option. Should you not be comfortable venturing out to our showroom we are happy to accommodate this as well. All selections can be made via Facetime or other digital platform, and then e-mailed to you.

• Please wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide it for you.

In accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we are asking all visitors and showroom staff wear cloth face coverings in public spaces where it is difficult to maintain social or physical distancing.

• Please follow social distancing guidelines.

We are asking that all showroom staff and visitors maintain at least six feet of space between them. Distancing will be important as you will be moving throughout different areas of the showrooms to explore displays. Please be aware of yourself and the people around you. Minimizing the number of visitors during your consultation will make proper spacing easier to achieve.

• Please wear gloves. If you do not have them, we will provide them for you.

We are providing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended nitrile gloves for all visitors and showroom staff. We want to provide the opportunity for you to touch and feel displays during the selection process while also keeping you safe. Even when wearing gloves, please try to remember to refrain from touching your face.

• We are encouraging touchless payments.

You will be able to swipe your own credit card so it never leaves your possession. Checks and cash are also still being accepted by all showrooms.

• Please use hand sanitizer.

As you are leaving the showrooms, please feel free to use the provided hand sanitizer. We also suggest washing your hands for at least twenty seconds once you have arrived at home.

• If you are currently sick or experiencing any symptoms.

We ask that you do not enter the showroom if you are currently sick or experiencing any symptoms. Please contact our showroom staff to reschedule your appointment for a time when you will be feeling better or available for a no-contact “virtual visit”.
